Physical and Health Education Balanced Diet

Balanced diet means eating healthy foods that has the right quantities of the food groups so that it would help us to lead a healthy lifestyle, balanced diet also includes 7 different types of nutrients for example Carbon Hydrate, Protein, Minerals, Fibre, Vitamins, Fats and finally water different nutrients also contains different purpose.

Water- It's very important for us to drink a lot of water because water helps us to dissolved minerals and helping us to transport energy and nutrients.

Vitamins- are to help us to prevent diseases so that we don't get any virus that is corrupting our body.

Fats- help us to gain energy or to keep us warm but don't too much of fat foods because we might get diseases like heart attack, blood pressure and many other more Minerals- it contains kinds of minerals for example Chloride, Calcium, Sodium and many others more, it helps muscle to relax and contract the blood pressure.

Carbohydrate- help us to break down starch and sugar in to the glucose, or to have immediate energy to use.

Fibre- can helps us to prevent diseases or diabetes, cancer it also helps us to improve our health for digestion.

Protein- Help us to functions our tissues cells other than that the macronutrients will provide energy form the calories.
